Liability for contents
All contents on our websites were edited with as much accuracy as possible. Nonetheless we cannot guarantee for the correctness, completeness and updating of these contents. According to § 7 (1) TMG we are liable for our own contents on our websites. According to §§ 8,9 and 10 TMG we are not obliged to check information of third parties, which we have received or saved, or to investigate the circumstances that may indicate illicit activities, notwithstanding our obligation to block or cancel information according to the general Law. Nontheless we are liable only insofar as and from the moment we got knowledge of a concrete violation of rights. Whenever we are informed of such a violation of rights we will immediately cancel the relevant contents.
Liability for links
Our websites contain links that lead to external websites of third parties. We have no possibility to take any action in relation to the content of these external pages. Consequently, we cannot guarantee for their contents. The person liable for these contents is always the respective operator of the websites. We check our linked websites at the moment of linking for any possible violation of law. Only if at this moment no illicit content is detected the linking is implemented. But without a concrete hint we cannot be reasonably requested to continuously check all the linked websites’ contents. If we are informed of a violation of law, we will immediately delete the relevant link.

Downloading and copying of our website is allowed for private use only, not for commercial use. Please take note that we have fulfilled third party’s copyright regarding contents on our website which were not edited by us. Third party contents are marked. Nonetheless, if you should detect a violation of copyright, please let us know. In this case we will immediately delete the relevant content.
Data safety
Our website may be used regularly without indicating personal data. If such data (e.g. name, address/email) is requested, it is (as far as possible) on a voluntary basis. This data can be passed on only with your express consent. Data transfer via internet might be unsafe. Therefore, third parties may have access to this data. A 100% protection is not possible. We do not allow the utilization of our imprint contact data by third parties who intend to send us adverts/information material/spam mails not asked for. In case of non observance we reserve legal action.
